As we explained you by mail, we don't take in charge the after sales service when it's about a mint in box figure, only the brand does.
Then, it's all about them and their respective after sales charges, we unfortunately can't do anything about it.

Item arrived with a VERY noticeable paint defect I wonder how it could even pass quality control, I can’t get a refund, no replacement was offered from the store and now it turns out, I have to send the defective helmet to the factory, pay for shipping charges and wait up to two months to get it repaired. Unbelievable.
